Project Overview

Premier Roofing Company’s Multi-Family division completed a full exterior restoration project for a large townhome community in Mooresville North Carolina, consisting of 17 townhome buildings and one pool house. The scope included new roofing systems, full gutter replacement, and new downspouts across the property.

The project was completed in 19 working days, excluding weekends, with a dedicated crew of approximately 12 to 15 roofing professionals and an on-site project manager, Justin Treece, overseeing daily production, safety, communication, and quality control.

Community Planning & Homeowner Communication

Before the project began, Alex Miller, Director of Premier Roofing Company’s Multi-Family division, attended the community’s annual meeting to help homeowners better understand the condition of their roofs, the insurance claim process, and the potential need for a special assessment.

During the meeting, Alex answered homeowner questions, addressed concerns, and provided clear insight into the roofing needs of the community. Once the special assessment was approved, Premier Roofing hosted a virtual preconstruction meeting with Justin Treece and Alex Miller to walk residents through the project schedule, preparation steps, production expectations, and communication process.
