We had a fantastic experience with Premier Roofing Company! Ryan Lee was our contact person and he was kind, honest and thorough. He was always responsive to our questions and truly went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. The install crew was impressive as well, a very hard working group! Every employee of Premier that we came into contact with, from the office staff to all the individuals we met in person including Ryan Lee, Jake and Paul had fantastic customer service. Highly recommend this company, they were trustworthy through the entire process, there were no surprises and our roof looks AWESOME! Thanks Premier, job well done!

I had a 25 year-old roof on my house. My insurance company was going to drop me if I didn’t have it replaced. I worked with Shawn, Steve, James, and Team at Premier Roofing and it was a great experience.
The pricing was reasonable, as I was paying out-of-pocket and not through insurance. The whole process was very simple and easy to get through. Shawn was in touch with my the whole way. On the day of, James and his team showed up and worked all day to get the entire roof done and everything cleaned up before the left. Quick, easy, and affordable. I would definitely reach out to them if I ever move and require a new roof.

After hail damage to my roof, Dyamond Humphrey did an inspection and determined I needed a new roof. She contacted my insurance company and took great care on my behalf.
