Working with premier was an experience for me as a first time homeowner having to have the roof replaced I was not sure on how it all worked and what colors could be picked. However, Alex and Colton were great at explaining the steps and had great communication at the start. My roof was completed on Halloween and then when I asked about my gutters I was told typically 14 days after the roof is completed. So far so good. However, when the 14 days came and went and I had not heard anything I was getting worried so I reached out and didn’t receive any communication. Long story short I finally got my gutters done on 12/6 and I love my black roof and black gutters that just flow seamlessly. There were a few bumps in a long the way but nothing that could not be fix. I am happy with the resolution and will be happy to recommend the company to others. I am hoping I do not need to get a new roof for a while. lol. I am happy that we are finally at the end of the process.
