On February 5th, during our annual Elevate company-wide event, Premier Roofing Company proudly announced that Matt Hirschbiel has officially stepped into the role of Chief Executive Officer.

The announcement marked a defining moment for the organization, shared in front of leaders and teammates from across the country. 

Matt previously served as Senior Vice President for the past two years (July 2024 – February 2026) and has been deeply involved in shaping operations, strengthening leadership systems, and reinforcing accountability across all branches. Following the departure of former CEO Luke Marklin, Matt played a critical role in maintaining stability and forward momentum within the company.
